Mohon sharing tentang complaint Dispute Domain dari UDRP

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb

Mohon sharingnya.. awal cerita saya membuat website dengan nama produk / brand produk dengan tujuan untuk menjualnya melalui afiliasi di amazon, dan menjual lsg ke enduser di Indonesia. Jadi website saya adalah isi review ttg produk tersebut dalam bahasa bule dan indo. Setelah hampir berjalan setahun dan kebetulan website sy page one di google, kemudian muncul lah email mengenai "Notification of Complaint and Commencement of Administrative Proceeding". Untuk agan2 dan aganwati sekalian apakah sudah pernah mendapat email semacam ini dibawah.

Notification of Complaint and Commencement of Administrative Proceeding

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is to notify you that an administrative proceeding has been commenced against the Respondent (nama saya) pursuant to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Accordingly, please find attached:

1. the Notification of Complaint and Commencement of Administrative Proceeding;

2. the Complaint;

3. the Amended Complaint.

Copies of the annexes to the Complaint and the annex to the amended Complaint available in electronic form will, due to file size, be sent to you by three separate emails.

Written Notice of the Commencement of Administrative Proceeding has also been sent by fax and courier, as indicated in the enclosed Notification.

Please refer to the attached Notification document regarding your rights and obligations. As explained therein, the due date for submission of your Response is November 8, 2016.
