    tergantung mas gan. vcc yang pernah dibeli itu reloadable atau nggak. kalo bisa direload ya nggak perlu beli baru.
    kalo ane sih di semua registrar, tiap akun beda email dan beda vcc. serta untuk IP beda disetiap 2-3 akun.
    makanya selama ini sih aman saja bisa borong domain promo seberapa banyak pun.
