    Previously you can verify your PayPal account manually with your local Indonesian bank account. However now due to recent changes to risk policies, starting Dec 1, 2011 we have stopped conducting manual verification and PayPal shall not be verifying your bank statements from financial institutions in Indonesia, so linking and confirming a credit card or debit card is the only way to get verified. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    To become verified, you need to link and confirm your debit card or credit card.

    2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
    3. Click ‘My money.’
    4. Click ‘Update’ beside ‘Credit and debit cards.’

    6. Click ‘Save and Continue’.
    We will charge your card $1.95 USD. A 4-digit code will show beside this charge on your card statement within 2-3 business days.
    When you know your code, you can confirm your card:

    1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
    2. Click ‘Confirm my debit or credit card’ in the ‘To Do’ box.
    3. Enter your 4-digit code.
    4. Click ‘Submit.’

    • We lift your sending limits
    • You can send payments using your debit card or credit card
    • You gain more credibility with sellers and buyers

    • Confirming your identity builds stronger security for you and the PayPal network
