    sholat juga termasuk olahraga ringan karena tubuh kita bergerak,

    walaupun ringan tapi kontinu :)

    tambahan om minum air putih yang banyak.. sering diiringi jalan" jadi ga duduk mulu
    makan makanan yang sehat dan bergizi
    cek kesehatan rutin
    trus yang terpenting selalu setia sama pasangan :lol:

    push up atau jongkok berdiri minimal 15x, sebanyak 3 x sehari kayak minum obat.hehe

    Olahraga O7D cukup kayaknya gak perlu diluar di dalam ruangan perlu menurut ane hhe, SEMANGATT!!! sama Air Putih banyak2 sangat berpengaruh banget om hhe :D

    olahraga Jiwa bagi yg Muslim ---> Membaca Al Quran (dihayati artinya juga), banyak Berdzikir, dan Berdoa kpd Allah SWT.
