[Help] Hostgator Nggak Bisa Diakses

TEman2, tolongin saya yang lagi pusing 7 keliling gara2 semua blog di hostgator nggak bisa diakses.
Saya tanya CS-nya, n dapet balesan kayak gini:

I have taken a look at your account and I noticed that you are mostly using WordPress for your sites, and recommend a few different steps you can take to prevent this issue from recurring.

First, try to reduce the total number of active plugins on your blog. The following types of plugins are known to cause high resource usage and should be avoided:

- All related posts plugins (WordPress Related Posts, YARPP) can cause significantly high load in most cases. - WPRobot3 and other auto-posters can also cause high load issues, and should be disabled if they are causing issues

- StatPress and other wordpress statistics software should also be disabled, as these too can consume too much CPU in certain cases. Use Google Analytics instead for statistics as well as Awstats which already comes by default on your account. - WP Post Views is also a plugin that you'll want to avoid as it causes significant resource usage.

- All In One SEO Pack is known to cause issues as well. We recommend using Greg's High Performance SEO Pack on your sites instead, as well as trying to not use multiple SEO plugins per site in general.

- Any other plugins that are not vital to your Wordpress should be disabled.

Second, install the plug-in WP-Super-Cache to all of your active sites. This plug-in helps to greatly reduce the CPU required to run a WordPress blog and can help you to have more traffic while using less CPU.

Please keep in mind that your resource usage is calculated based on all of your sites combined so the above recommendations apply to all of them that are active, not just your primary domain.

Saya mau ikutin saran tuh CS, tapi masalahnya saya gak bisa masuk Wp-admin. Dan kyknya sy mesti ganti IP address utk jalan keluarnya.

Saya sudah dapet lokal IP address seperti yg disebutin sang CS. Masalahnya saya nggak tahu mesti diapain itu nomor IP. Saya bener2 buta nih masalah ginian.

Untuk itu saya bener2 mohon bantuannya kepada temen2 mastah. Dan atas bantuannya saya ucapkan banyak2

Tadinya saya juga berharap begitu, tp setelah beberapa hari kok nggak ada perubahan.

Oya, itu selang berapa hari jadi normal lagi?

 

minta diopen access utk IP anda(sygnya kita kebanyakan IPnya dinamik, jd g bs IP tertentu, misal, kl pake smart, minta diopen akses ke ip: 114.79.x.x), biar bs msk ke cpanel. kl langkah cepatnya, minta diksh akses ke FTP aja. delete/pindahin semua plugin yg bermasalah(ato bs minta tlg diremove smua pluginnya sm CSnya)

 

coba plugins2 yang berat dihapus dari cpanel gan..

 

klu di hostgator plugin stt2 boleh g mas???

Saya sering ngalami kek gitu, solusinya balas email tersebut yang isinya minta dibuka-kan dgn nomor IP anda, (yang menggunakan Ip statis diusahan jangan sampai diskonek) klo sampai diskonek balas lagi email yg sama minta di buka dgn nomor IP anda. Jika sudah dibuka akan mendapat balasan email. Silahkan login Wp-amin. deactive / delete plugin yang dimaksud, klo kasusku deative-kan (bukan di delete) soalnya pasti saya aktifkan lagi hehehehe.....

 

pke proxy ajh gan, mudah²-an bisa msuk ke wp-admin ny trus deactive in plugin yg bkin berat server..

 

ajak ceting aja broo CS nya dia siap kok OL truuus bilang aja apa masalahnya mereka siap membantu

 

setuju dengan agan tanpatinta, biasanya bisa diselesaikan sama csnya kok
