Latihan ketrampilan kolam, tempat di Kolam Renang Senayan.

Latihan Perairan Terbuka (Open Water) Lokasi di Pulau Shangyang.
Latihan selama 5 hari, termasuk :
Kelas teori selama 2-3 jam
Latihan kolam selam 4 hari
Laut terbuka selama 1 hari
